Ingredients
you can substitute many ways, just use your imagination!
- 21 oz Cherry Pie filling or (any other filling, store bought jam, or make your own by simmering any fresh or frozen fruit with sugar!)
- 8 oz Cool Whip (you can whip up heavy cream and sugar)
- 4 Oz Cream Cheese (you can omit or use sour cream)
- 5 oz Vanilla Wafers (or any other favorite cookies that will crumb well!)
- Trifle stand, Dessert cups, mason jars.. (this recipe makes 20-25 mini dessert cups)
Instructions
- Crush your cookies (I used a blender)
- Whip your cream cheese with cool whip until smooth
- Layer your trifle – crumbs, cream, filling. Repeat to the top.
- These can be served right away!
