Ingredients
- 2 cups pressed down thinly shredded cabbage
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt or other favorite seasonings
- Oil for frying
- optional: add ketchup, vinegar or sauerkraut to the batter for a sour kick! Top with sour cream, sauerkraut or bacon.
Instructions
- Thinly shred cabbage. Add to bowl.
- Add eggs, flour and salt. Mix well.
- Heat up a skillet with oil on low heat.
- Add about a tablespoon of cabbage mix to the pan (flatten the top) leaving some space between each pancake.
- Fry for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown!
- Top with sour cream, bacon and or sauerkraut!
