Steak Kebabs are one of the tastiest summertime meals! These are layered with juicy tender pieces of beef and colorful veggies.
Ingredients
- 2.5 LB beef steak (i use grass-fed beef top sirloin cap steak) Feel free to substitute for chicken or pork!
- 1 orange or yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium zuchini
- 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning or your favorite seasoning
- 1/4 cup oil
- 15 skewers
Instructions
- Clean and wash the veggies and steak. Air or pat dry.
- Cut the veggies and steak into about 1.5 inch cubes and or slices. Add to a large bowl.
- Add seasoning and oil. Mix well
- Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours in room temperature.
- Layer your veggies and beef onto skewers sticks to grill.
- Grill with closed lid for 12-14 min. Start out on high for 2 minutes per side to give the kebabs a nice sear. Then turn the heat to low and grill for 8-10 min more turning every couple minutes.
- Let the kebabs rest for couple minutes to lock in their juices. Enjoy with a side of potatoes!
