These quick and easy, open faced turkey melts make a great leftover turkey recipe! These hot sandwiches are an easy breakfast or lunch recipe that the entire family will love.
Ingredients
- 1 French Bread Or any bread will work
- 2 cups shredded leftover turkey meat (or chicken)
- 2 1/2 cups grated cheese Any
- 1 cup Mayo
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- optional- green onions or fresh herbs
Instructions
- 1. Slice bread
- 2. Add all other prepped ingredients into bowl and mix well. (Turkey, cheese, tomatoes, mayo, garlic)
- 3. Top with more cheese and chopped scallions or herbs (optional)
- 4. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
