Creamy & Juicy Chicken Breasts

This one pan chicken breast recipe takes less than 20 minutes to make! It is creamy, juicy and so perfect over pasta, mashed potatoes or rice.

Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt & Pepper per taste
  • Fresh herbs or scallions, chives to garnish

Instructions

  • Rinse and pat dry the chicken. Pound the chicken until even all around.
  • Generously season with salt and pepper.
  • Add oil to a skillet on med-high heat. Add chicken breasts.
  • Sear about 2 minutes per side. Remove to the side.
  • Add butter, cream of mushroom, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese and seasoning per taste.
  • Add chicken back to the skillet and simmer until chicken is cooked through with closed lid.
  • Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a couple minutes in its cream to thicken up before serving.
