Crab Stack Salad & Appetizer

This Refreshing layered Salad is light, tasty and so easy to make. Plate this as a Salad or layer as an Appetizer for a party!

Ingredients for 2 Crab Stacks

  • 10-12 small boiled Shrimp
  • 1/2 a package of 8 oz Imitation Crab
  • 1 small Avocado
  • 1/2 a can Sweet corn
  • 1/2 of a Cucumber
  • 1 Mango
  • 4 Tbsp Mayo
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green leaves optional
  • Mold or Cup to layer the salad
  • Rice Optional (to make this a sushi stack)

Instructions:

  1. Dice avocado, cucumber and Mango.
  2. Chop or shred the crab and add 2 Tbsp Mayo, Mix well
  3. Use a mold to layer your salad or simply just stack on a plate.
  4. Layer your ingredients adding a thin layer of Mayo and seasoning in between each ingredient. From the bottom to the top: Cucumber, Crab, corn, shrimp, avocado, more Crab, Mango and top with a Leaf.
