Take Banana Bread to the next Level with Delicious Cream Cheese Swirls in between the layers. Go ahead and double the recipe if you want any seconds!
Ingredients
- 3-4 Ripe Bananas
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup sugar ( i used coconut sugar)
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/5 cups flour ( i used sprouted whole wheat)
- 8 oz Cream cheese room temperature
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour ( i used sprouted whole wheat)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 5×9 loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Peel and mash the bananas
- Stir in melted butter, egg, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Stir well.
- Add flour and stir well.
- In another bowl, beat together all the ingredients for the cream cheese filling.
- Pour half the banana bread batter into baking pan.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on top
- Then top with the remaining banana bread Batter.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean
