Creamy and Garlicky chicken that is Finger-Licking good! And not to mention this is a one Pan recipe that will take you under 30 minutes to prepare!

Ingredients:
- 4 Chicken Thighs – skin on and bone in
- 4 Pieces of Bacon
- 1 small sweet onion
- 1/2 cup of Heavy cream
- 6-8 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil or butter
- Juice of 1/2 of a Lemon
- Fresh Herbs – Optional
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash and Pat dry the Chicken
- Season well with Salt and pepper on both sides
- Dice the onion and Bacon. Mince the Garlic cloves.
- Add butter or oil to a pan on medium heat. Add Chicken skin side down first. Sear for 2-3 minutes ( until golden brown) and flip to the other side.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes. (chicken should be almost cooked through). Remove chicken to a separate plate.
- Lower the heat to low-medium. Add the onions, bacon and minced garlic. Mix often.
- Once onion and bacon has cooked through. Add your chicken back to the pan. Let it cook together for another couple minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through.
- Add the lemon juice, heavy cream and fresh herbs (optional). Season more if needed at this time. Close lid.
- Once heavy cream has evaporated, remove from heat.
Serve with Mashed potatoes or Pasta!
