These wings come out super crispy but juicy and full of flavor. You will be amazed at how simple and quick they are to make!
Ingredients
- 2.5 pounds chicken wings
- 2 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt and or onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- Wash and pat dry the chicken wings until completely dry (Or let them air dry). Add to large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix the baking powder with all of the seasonings.
- Add seasoning mix to the chicken. Toss chicken around in the bowl to ensure that they are evenly covered with seasoning.
- Arrange the chicken wings on a greased lined baking sheet or rack. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes flipping the wings over halfway through baking.
- Enjoy alone or dip into your favorite sauce!
