Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

These wings come out super crispy but juicy and full of flavor. You will be amazed at how simple and quick they are to make!

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt and or onion salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper 

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Wash and pat dry the chicken wings until completely dry (Or let them air dry). Add to large bowl. 
  3. In a small bowl, mix the baking powder with all of the seasonings. 
  4. Add seasoning mix to the chicken. Toss chicken around in the bowl to ensure that they are evenly covered with seasoning.
  5. Arrange the chicken wings on a greased lined baking sheet or rack. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes flipping the wings over halfway through baking. 
  6. Enjoy alone or dip into your favorite sauce!
