Ingredients
- 4 Lb chicken thighs
- 4 tbsp mayo
- 3 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 whole garlic head minced
- 40-50 small wooden skewers
- 4 eggs lightly salted
- 3 cups bread crumbs (I mix regular and Italian)
- Oil to sauté
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into 3/4″ wide pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add mayo, garlic and seasoning. Mix well. Cover and marinate overnight.
- Thread the chicken pieces onto the skewers.
- Pour bread crumbs on a large plate or platter.
- Crack the eggs into separate dish and lightly salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Roll the chicken skewers in the egg mix then roll in the bread crumbs until evenly coated.
- On low-med heat add oil to a pan to cover the bottom. Sautee the chicken skewers for about 2 minutes per side, flipping until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb access oils. Enjoy right away!
