Ingredients
- 5 oz canned tuna
- 2 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- salt and pepper per taste
- 1/4 cup oil
- optional add ins: chopped onions, celery, tomatoes, pickles
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a large bowl- tuna, mayo, eggs, baking powder and flour. Season per taste. Mix well until no chunks.
- Add the cheese and mix again.
- On low-medium heat add oil to a large skillet.
- Add 1 tbsp of tuna mix and slightly flatten the top. Fry for about 1 minute or until golden brown. Flip to the other side and fry for about another minute or till golden brown.
- Transfer to a plate lined with paper towel. Serve right away with a light salad or simply dip into your favorite sauce!
