Easy Zucchini Appetizer with Garlic Dip

This quick and easy restaurant style recipe makes the perfect snack and or appetizer for your next meal! The simple Garlic dip is a must with these zucchini bites, the entire family will love their recipe!

Zucchini Appetizer Recipe Ingredient’s

  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • Juice from 1/2 of Lemon
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4-1/2 cup neutral oil for frying

Zucchini Appetizer Instructions

  • Wash and pat dry the Zucchini. Slice into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and them a good whisk until smooth.
  • Add sliced zucchini and mix well.
  • To a separate plate, add flour and 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix well.
  • Heat up a large non stick pan with oil on low- medium heat.
  • Dip each zucchini piece into egg mix and then the flour. Add to pan.
  • Fry zucchini for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  • Layer on paper towel to remove access oils.
  • For the dip, mix the mayo, garlic and lemon juice.
  • Enjoy the zucchini appetizer dipped into the garlic sauce!
