Zucchini Appetizer Recipe Ingredient’s
- 1 medium Zucchini
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1/2 cup mayo
- Juice from 1/2 of Lemon
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4-1/2 cup neutral oil for frying
Zucchini Appetizer Instructions
- Wash and pat dry the Zucchini. Slice into 1/4 inch slices.
- Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and them a good whisk until smooth.
- Add sliced zucchini and mix well.
- To a separate plate, add flour and 1/2 tsp of salt. Mix well.
- Heat up a large non stick pan with oil on low- medium heat.
- Dip each zucchini piece into egg mix and then the flour. Add to pan.
- Fry zucchini for 1-2 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Layer on paper towel to remove access oils.
- For the dip, mix the mayo, garlic and lemon juice.
- Enjoy the zucchini appetizer dipped into the garlic sauce!
