Ingredients
- 16 oz Ground Pork or Beef
- 1 Cup Rice (i use instant rice. Meal is ready within 15 minutes!)
- 1/2 of a large cabbage
- 1 Medium onion
- 5 oz shredded or julienned carrots
- 6 Tbsp Ketchup (or per taste)
- 4Tbsp Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- Salt and pepper per taste ( i love to use Vegeta for this recipe)
- Oil or butter 2-3 Tbsp
Instructions
- Cook your Rice per package instructions.
- Prep veggies. Shred cabbage and carrots. Chop onions.
- Saute onions and carrots till almost soft and transplant.
- Add cabbage. Cook until softens.
- Add your ground pork or beef. While meat is still pink, season and mix well.
- Add rice. Mix well.
- Add the rest of the ingredients. Ketchup, sour cream, and heavy cream. Mix well and taste for seasoning.
- Add fresh herbs, optional. Serve with additional sour cream!
