Snowy Pastry Nut Twists

Light and soft but crunchy pastry cookies will become your new favorite treat all year around. The best thing about these treats are how simple the ingredients are, and how wonderfully easy they are to make.

Ingredients

  • 17.3 oz Puff Pastry Sheets thawed
  • 1 can cooked condensed Milk (you can replace with thick caramel sauce)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup nuts mix (any fav nuts!)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Spread about 3/4 can of the cooked condensed milk onto one of the pastry sheets. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
  • Top with the second sheet and press lightly around the edges.
  • Cut the pastry sheet into 3 sections and then each section to 10-12 pieces. You should have at least 30 pieces.
  • Twist each piece into a spiral and pinch the ends.
  • Place onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes flipping halfway through. Cool to room temp.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar on both sides. Store in room temperature.

  1. Hi Alena,
I wanted to leave a comment on the baked zucchini and squash recipe but there’s not an option for that in that recipe. I made it a few days ago and only had zucchini on hand so that’s what I used. It came out delicious! Thank you so much for your hard work!!!

    1. Yelena thank you so much for your feedback, I am so glad you liked it! And thank you for letting me know about the comment issue, I am working on updating my website! Thank you 🙂
