The Perfect Crepes Recipe

These crepes are so easy, quick, and irresistible! Just throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth! Silky, smooth and golden crepes that are perfect for both sweet and savory fillings.

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tsp Neutral oil or melted butter 
  • 4 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

For savory crepes, add 1 teaspoon of salt and only 1 Tablespoon of sugar. Feel free to omit the sugar overall

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender in any order.
  2. Blend until smooth. Stop to clean up the sides and blend again until perfectly smooth!
  3. Heat up a non stick skillet. (The larger the pan, the thinner and smoother the crepes will be)
  4. On low heat, add batter and quickly tilt and shake side to side for the batter to spread evenly. Cook until edges slightly crisp and flip over.
  5. Serve with your favorite jam, nutella, fruits, or honey!
