These crepes are so easy, quick, and irresistible! Just throw everything into a blender and blend until smooth! Silky, smooth and golden crepes that are perfect for both sweet and savory fillings.
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tsp Neutral oil or melted butter
- 4 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
For savory crepes, add 1 teaspoon of salt and only 1 Tablespoon of sugar. Feel free to omit the sugar overall
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender in any order.
- Blend until smooth. Stop to clean up the sides and blend again until perfectly smooth!
- Heat up a non stick skillet. (The larger the pan, the thinner and smoother the crepes will be)
- On low heat, add batter and quickly tilt and shake side to side for the batter to spread evenly. Cook until edges slightly crisp and flip over.
- Serve with your favorite jam, nutella, fruits, or honey!
